The 7-coat German finish includes a wear layer of abrasion-resistant aluminum oxide and two scratch-resistant, polyurethane topcoats that protect the bamboo fiber's natural strength and beauty. So choose Signature Naturals for a teenager's bedroom or a busy kitchen. And don't worry about the environment because the finish is water-based and solvent-free, and the manufacturing adhesives emit less formaldehyde than is present in ambient air.
